Ingredients
- 686 g. (1.5 lbs.) 100% lean buffalo meat
- 100 g. egg whites
- 50 g. chopped parsley
- 50 g. grated carrots
- 50 g. minced onion
- 50 g. ketchup
- 25 g. oats
- 4 tbsp. CapTriĀ®
- add garlic and oregano to taste
Mix all ingredients in a loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes. Serves four.
