Ingredients
- 200 g. potato, peeled and diced
- 75 g. onion
- 50 g. celery
- 50 g. carrot, scraped and diced
- 100 g. frozen peas
- 25 g. chopped parsley
- 400 g. chopped tomatoes
- 5 cups water
- 1½ tsp. Mrs. Dash
- 8 tbsp. CapTri®
Put CapTri® in a pot and heat slightly. Add vegetables and cook for 5-8 minutes. Add water and bring to a boil. Lower heat and let cook for an hour. Serves six.
