Ingredients 

  1. 200 g. potato, peeled and diced
  2. 75 g. onion
  3. 50 g. celery
  4. 50 g. carrot, scraped and diced
  5. 100 g. frozen peas
  6. 25 g. chopped parsley
  7. 400 g. chopped tomatoes
  8. 5 cups water
  9.   tsp. Mrs. Dash
  10. 8 tbsp. CapTri®

Put CapTri® in a pot and heat slightly. Add vegetables and cook for 5-8 minutes. Add water and bring to a boil. Lower heat and let cook for an hour. Serves six.
