4 ounces Asparagus Spears, cooked, boiled, drained

Meal 4 18:30 3 servings Protein, Hi-Protein Powder, Vanilla

Meal 5 22:00 7 ounces Captri Cookbook Entree, Cod Fillet Italiano (pg 27)
