Ingredients
- 300 g. sliced beets, drained
- 50 g. red onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp. wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp. CapTriĀ®
- 1 tsp. ground pepper
Place beets in a bowl. Slice onion lengthwise into very thin strips. Add vinegar, CapTriĀ® and pepper and toss. Let marinate for an hour. Serves four.
