Return and Damage Policies
We appreciate you taking the time read this letter. In the unlikely event that you need to return product to us or have product that is damaged, we will be able to expedite your return and request when you follow the outline below. Thank you for helping us to serve you better.
Loss or Damaged Products:
We make sure all of our products are packed to meet the standards set forth by carriers used by Parrillo Performance. Carriers will not accept shipments that are not in correspondence with the numbers designated on the shipment and paperwork. The carrier assumes all responsibility once they take possession of the shipment. We cannot be liable for damages that occur after the product has left our building. For any damaged items, notify the carrier and then Parrillo Performance so that we are aware and may contact our customer representative with that carrier.
- Parrillo Performance requires that all merchandise must be unopened with all seals intact and not marked in any manner.
- Parrillo Performance will only accept returned products, which have been purchased from Parrillo Performance.
- Parrillo Performance must receive returns within 30 days of purchase.
- A return authorization number is required for all returns.
- Due to the time involved with returned items, we access a 10% handling fee for all returned items.
- Written materials, i.e. Parrillo Performance Training, Nutrition, Total Performance Package, Performance Package, Lean Bodies Books, and the Computer Nutrition Program are non-returnable items.
- The Bar Sampler Pack is a non-returnable item.
- Parrillo Performance requires that shipping charges must be prepaid by customer-no C.O.D. returns. Please insure your package.
